New Call of Duty WW2 Nazi Zombies Screenshots Released

Following the release of the Call of Duty WW2 Nazi Zombies reveal trailer, Sledgehammer Games has also released a few high quality screenshots from the co-op mode for the game showing some of the zombies players will be fighting.

After numerous teasers including character reveals and an early leak of the trailer, Activision and Sledgehammer Games officially unveiled the Call of Duty WW2 Nazi Zombies trailer during San Diego Comic Con 2017 yesterday. The trailer for the co-op zombies mode was horrifying to say the least, showing a pretty different take on the game mode from what we have experienced with the previous few games.

According to the trailer description, players will be taking control of one of the four characters in the story where they travel to a small Bavarian village to recover artifacts and end up encountering hordes of Nazi zombies created by their science division.

The playable cast includes notable TV and movie personalities like has been the trend with Call of Duty games for the past few years. The four playable characters are listed below

Jefferson Potts– Strong, assured, and educated, Jefferson has both the military and academic prowess the MFAA need. He will be played by Ving Rhames, the last cast member to be introduced.

Olivia Durant– A former art historian of the Musée du Louvre, and weapons expert, she is an extremely savvy and capable member of the team.

Drostan Hynd– A former art thief, this brash and rough character was given a choice: go to jail, or help reclaim stolen art.

Marie Fischer– A brilliant engineer and tactician, Marie attempts to help salvage stolen treasures and rescue her brother, Klaus.

While the trailer did give us a look at the general atmosphere of the Call of Duty WW2 Nazi Zombies mode, it lacked in actual gameplay which would give an indication of the playable characters or the puzzles players might have to solve.

Call of Duty World War 2 will be releasing on 3rd November for PS4, Xbox One and PC. There is a private beta planned for those who pre-order the game.
