Neil Druckmann, The Last of Us creator and the man behind the success of Sony’s Uncharted series, is enjoying his time in PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds. Druckmann posted a screenshot of his recent (and possibly first) Chicken Dinner in Battlegrounds.
For who don’t know and have been living under a rock for the past few months, PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds is a battle royale survival game. 99 Players are thrown onto an Island and the last remaining player wins the game. You do not have any weapons or gear. Everything you use is found on the Island so looting decent items is key.
The game has become a phenomenon in a short while and even managed to beat Grand Theft Auto V on Steam. Battlegrounds can not only be played Solo but teams of 4 can compete with each other. However, there is an even greater challenge available to you if you wish to test your skills of survival.

Neil’s tweet got instant reactions from the PC community as well as Sony’s player base who wished for the title on PlayStation 4. His username also got some reactions and one particularly stands out.

The Last of Us Creator playing PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds would definitely spark PlayStation community’s interest in this game. The title is coming to Xbox One X, as announced at E3 2017, but there is hardly any news regarding a possible PlayStation 4 version.
PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds is currently an early access game but it will release before the end of the year. You can grab a copy for $30 on Steam right now and access the title. However, expect a number of bugs and issues before final release.
