Star Wars Battlefront 2 Closed Alpha Datamined, New Heroes Discovered

Star Wars Battlefront 2 closed alpha has been datamined by the community to reveal some new information. We saw four heroes at E3 2017 but they are no way near the final roster number. EA showed the multiplayer portion of E3 2017 in full details and treated us with gameplay videos consisting of hours of action.

Matches took place on Theed and gave us a look at Darth Maul, Boba Fett, Han Solo, and Rey from Star Wars Episode VII: The Force Awakens.  EA later ran a limited access Star Wars Battlefront 2 closed alpha but the community that had access to it dug deep to extract new information for all of us.

The datamined information revealed the inclusion of Kylo Ren, Iden Versio, General Grievous, Captain Phasma, and others. These characters are not accessible in the alpha but players will get to play as these characters in the final build of the game.

Star Wars Battlefront 2 is releasing this year for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and EA Origin PC. The sequel to 2015’s Star Wars Battlefront is being developed and published by EA. Star Wars Battlefront 2 is releasing on November 17, 2017.
