Latest FIFA 18 Screenshot Gives First Look At Chelsea 2017/18 Kit

FIFA is an annual franchise so it comes as no surprise that FIFA 18 will be launching later this year. As the launch of the game is getting closer EA Sports has been revealing new details and also rumors have also been running wild. However, EA Sports has revealed a new FIFA 18 screenshot and also gave us the first look at Chelsea’s new 2017/18 kit.

EA has released a new FIFA 18 screenshot from the game’s single-player mode, The Journey, featuring game’s protagonist Alex Hunter wearing the new Chelsea 2017/18 kit which is the digital launch of the club’s new uniform designed by Nike. This screenshot marks the first official reveal of Chelsea’s new 2017/18 kit in partnership with EA Sports.

While the game will also launch for Nintendo Switch, however, EA has revealed that the Switch version will not include the single player campaign and also will not be developed on Frostbite Engine. Switch version will be developed on a different game engine from the PS4, Xbox One, and PC version as EA has revealed that Frostbite engine will be exclusive to PC, Xbox One, and PS4 versions.

Also, Cristiano Ronaldo is the cover star for FIFA 18 and according to a report, Ronaldo as the cover star could boost sales for the upcoming FIFA game. The report comes from SuperData which suggests that Ronaldo being the cover star for FIFA 18 could boost the sales for the upcoming title. According to Joost van Dreunen, CEO of market researcher SuperData, a popular player as a cover star can boost the sales for the title up to 10%.

FIFA 18 is a sports game in development at EA and will launch on September 29, 2017, for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC, and Nintendo Switch.
