A new brace of Dragonball Xenoverse 2 DLC has been released, bringing forward a small number of new characters and content from the second part of the Zamasu arc from Dragon Ball Super. Players will be fighting Fused Zamasu and working together with Super Saiyan Blue Vegito as a Time Patroller.
Fused Zamasu is the combined form of the kai Zamasu and Goku Black, the two villains of the Zamasu arc in Dragon Ball Super. Super Saiyan Blue Vegito is a fusion of Goku and Vegeta when using the Potara earrings, and has powered up to the highest power level currently available in the show, Super Saiyan Blue.
Also included in the Dragonball Xenoverse 2 DLC are three new Parallel Quests that players can complete, five new skills (likely based off of moves that have appeared at that point in the show), four new costumes, and six new super souls that we will be able to use.
It’s been a while since the last bit of Dragonball Xenoverse 2 downloadable content, which has been slowly taking people through various arcs of Dragon Ball Super including the tournament arc between Universe 6 and Universe 7 and the first half of the Zamasu arc. There will also be a variety of new content added to the game free of charge, so you’ll be able to experience some of it even without the DLC.
These include two new Raid bosses, the previously-mentioned costumes and moves, and more. So, if you don’t want to get the new Dragonabll Xenoverse 2 DLC and instead just want the cosmetic stuff, you can stop by the shops and pick up some new outfits to use.
Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 is currently available on the Xbox One, Playstation 4, PC, and will eventually be coming to the Nintendo Switch sometime this fall. If you want to get the DLC, you can go onto whatever client you run the game on and buy it now.
