Rockstar Star has been keeping details under the wraps for Red Dead Redemption 2 and has revealed nothing except for the reveal trailer. However, it seems that a live-action trailer for the game is in the works if the rumor is to be believed.
The evidence for this rumor might not state the game by name but it is more than enough to believe that a live-action trailer for Red Dead Redemption 2 is in the works. As reported by RdR2, a film crew spotted in the Fort Peck Indian Reservation in Montana who was interviewed for a particular promotional video.
According to the report, the producer answered some questions which indicate that the filming is for Red Dead Redemption 2 live-action trailer. The report states that the producer, Jeff Guillot, said that the footage will be used to promote an upcoming video game. He further added that the game is the sequel to a popular series which will be open-world.
Furthermore, the scene being shot for the trailer also takes place in an in-game location that is a fictional version of the United States, called Hope County. He also added that the game for which the trailer is being shot will launch in September which falls in line with Red Dead Redemption 2 release window.
Red Dead Redemption 2 is an open-world western action adventure game in development at Rockstar Games and is scheduled to launch in fall 2017. The game is a console exclusive, however, according to a leak, we might see a PC port of the game.
