WWE 2K16 Servers Shutting Down At The End Of This Month

WWE 2K17 has launched with a good critical reception and those of you who are still playing the WWE 2K16 online will be disappointed as 2K Games has announced the server shutdown for the game later this month.

2K Games made the announcement through its official twitter account confirming that WWE 2K16 serves will be shutdown on May 31 at 11.59 PM PST. However, no further details were given a too why the servers are being shut down if we are to guess maybe because of less online activity of players might be the culprit.

WWE 2K16 online services include private matches on the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, WWE Live, 2K Tonight and Team Up.

WWE 2K17 is the latest entry in the franchise that launched for last gen console, Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC. It is a professional wrestling video-game developed by Visual Concepts and published by 2K Sports.
