New Star Wars Battlefront 2 concept art is out and takes us deep into the heart of Jakku, Theed, Mos Eisley, Yavin IV, Vardos and other locations from the Star Wars universe.
The battle of Jakku was featured in the first Battlefront (2015) and the location returns for the sequel as well. Theed is making a debut as well we as the Death Star.
The concept art gives a peek from the inside of the Death Star which means players might be able to actually go inside the Death Star. It is unclear if that section is from single or multiplayer portion of the title.
As you may know, Star Wars Battlefront 2 features a single-player campaign that spans across 30 years of Star Wars events. In the recent trailer reveal we saw the Death Star explode right before the eyes of Iden Versio, played Janina Gavankar from Sleep Hollow, which suggested that they elite stormtrooper unit merely escaped the destruction.
The concept art you see in the gallery below also suggest the elite stormtrooper unit is running from or toward something. Trying to escape a falling Death Star? If so, then yes, we will be get to check out the Death Star in the single player campaign.
Star Wars Battlefront 2 is releasing for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC in November. EA will reveal more about the game on May 15. The developer is preparing a gameplay trailer for the Star Wars fans.
