In this new Injustice 2 trailer, we see Scarecrow taking on Batman and Cyborg and we also see some of his fighting moves.
Scarecrow plays on the fears of the unknown to inflict terror on his victims. An anarchist obsessed with using chemistry and psychology to spread and study fear. He joins the Society in order to sow panic on a global scale.
In related news, NetherRealm Studios has confirmed that Injustice 2 will feature microtransactions, however, the studio has made it clear that the game will not be pay to win.
Source Crystals are a new type of currency available in Injustice 2 that are used to purchase cosmetic features for characters. Source Crystals can be purchased using real money but aren’t required to progress or advance in the game and can’t be used to purchase Gear or an advantage in gameplay. We value our community and want to be clear – you cannot ‘pay to win’ with Injustice 2.
Furthermore, the game has a “Transform Gear” loot system that will utilize Source Crystals as well.
Injustice 2 is an upcoming fighting game in development at Netherrealm Studios and is scheduled to launch on May 16, 2017, for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
