People Can Fly has confirmed to SegmentNext that Bulletstorm Full Clip Edition will support 4K on PlayStation 4 Pro. According to People Can Fly, the game looks amazing on Sony’s new console.

If you are a gamer playing on PlayStation 4 Pro, you will be able to enjoy the game in 4K resolution. Bulletstorm has never looked better!

The art style and environments are the strong points of Bulletstorm, seeing them in 4K should be spectacular. The game serves as the perfect appetizer before the release of Bulletstorm 2.

However, Bulletstorm 2 depends on the success of Full Clip Edition, as confirmed by People Can Fly. When asked about the second game, People Can Fly confirmed that they do have plans for Bulletstorm 2 but that depends on how well Full Clip Edition does in the market.

Bulletstorm has a niche audience, a very dedicated niche audience, but releasing it on current-gen consoles will definitely give new players a chance to experience this brilliant shooter.

A couple of things had to happen prior to a serious discussion about a sequel. Firstly People Can Fly had to become an independent studio again. This happened less than two years ago and our first decision was to bring a Bulletstorm game to new consoles. The second thing that needs to happen – launch of Bulletstorm: Full Clip. It’s coming this Friday. We are super excited about it! Another piece to this puzzle is how well it will go. I have high expectations that Bulletstorm: Full Clip will be successful and a huge milestone on a road to a sequel.

Bulletstorm Full Clip is releasing this weekend on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
