After the release of episode Gladiolus, Square Enix has released a new update today for Final Fantasy XV.
This update is rather short in its size almost 600MB and judging from its size that is relatively smaller than the modern 3-5GB updates, we can say that it will fix only some minor bugs.
The primary target for this update is to fix the final boss bug. it turns out that, when players use ring magic against the final boss Ifrit the game breaks, after putting all your time into Final Fantasy XV, when you reach the boss the game suddenly breaks.
The frustration one must be feeling at that time is unimaginable.
No wonder they released a patch to fix it so soon, Final Fantasy XV would have been bashed if Square Enix didn’t release this patch quickly. Players that are getting a bigger download size for this update probably did not have the past updates installed, so no need to be alarmed.
The latest DLC for Final Fantasy XV was released on March 28 2017, as a downloadable content. This episode takes place at the same time as chapter 7 of the main game and follows Gladiolus Amicitia as he trains to become a strong guardian for prince Noctis.
Episode Gladiolus comes with two tracks composed by Keiichi Okabe, and it also gives you a chance to unlock Gladio in a shirtless outfit, if you like showing off those big guns and tattoos.
This DLC and the update both are available on Xbox One and PS4. The update version is 1.08 so make sure to download it if you have not already done so. Hopefully, it will fix Ifrit bug together with some minor issues.
