Dark Souls 3 Patch will Improve Frame Rate on PS4 Before Ringed City DLC
Before the release of the expansion The Ringed City, developer FromSoftware will release a Dark Souls 3 patch that will apply changes and improvements to the game, that will improve the support of Dark Souls 3 on PlayStation 4 offering better frame rate.
After almost a year of Dark Souls 3 release, Bandai Namco continues to work on new content for this beloved role-playing game. One of these includes The Ringed City expansion that will be released at the end of March.
The Dark Souls 3 patch can be downloaded few days before the release of the expansion on all three systems, the patch will apply improvements in aspects of the game and for the two maps of the Arenas (Dragon Ruins And Grand Roof).
During the patch distribution process, maintenance will be performed on the servers of the game, which will not be temporarily accessible during Friday. The Ringed City will arrive at the download platforms a few days later with these contents.
The recent expansion for Dark Souls 3 Ashes of Ariandel debuted last year. In this DLC expansion the player travels to the frozen lands of Ariandel and discover the mystery of what destroyed the land.
In order to access Ashes of Ariandel, players must speak to an npc at the cathedral of the deep. Warp to the cleansing church bonfire kneeling beside the altar between the church’s large doors. Speak to him and exhaust his dialogue to trigger a cutscene and you are given a piece of the painting at which point you will be transported to the beginning of the DLC.
Dark Souls 3 The Ringed City will release on March 28 2017 and on April 21st Dark Souls 3: The Fire Fades Edition will release which includes the base game as well as both expansions, Ashes of Ariandel and The Ringed City.
The Dark Souls 3 patch will be available on 28 March 2017 for PS4, Xbox One and PC.
