Bioware Introduces Jaal In New Mass Effect Andromeda Gameplay Footage

Just a few days remain before Mass Effect Andromeda launches and Bioware has been sharing new details about the upcoming game. This time Bioware has revealed a new squadmate Jaal along with new Mass Effect Andromeda gameplay footage.

Jaal belongs to the Angala race and he can be recruited into the squad. Interactions showcased in the new Mass Effect Andromeda gameplay footage seems very interesting and Jaal himself seems to be an open book.

According to Bioware, Jaal starts out unsure of himself and his place in the universe but grows confident with time and his journey mirrors the journey of Path Finder.

Like the previous games in the franchise, Mass Effect Andromeda is a multi-platform title and given that Bioware chose Frostbite engine for Mass Effect Andromeda instead of Unreal Engine, which was used for last three games, some fans are worried that there will be problems with the PC version.

However, Bioware has assured PC fans that PC version of Mass Effect Andromeda is a not a port and is certainly not fucked up.

Mass Effect games have always been huge and full of unique and diverse characters and Mass Effect Andromeda will have even more of it.

According to lead designer Mac Walters, In Mass Effect 3 there were 670 unique characters and Mass Effect Andromeda will feature over 1200 unique characters, which is almost double from Mass Effect 3.

Mass Effect: Andromeda is an action-adventure RPG developed by Bioware and is scheduled to launch on March 21, 2017, for PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
