Dark Souls 3 The Ringed City DLC will launch later this month and fans are excited about it as it will be the last piece of content for the game. Now, From Software has revealed new gameplay for Dark Souls 3 The Ringed City DLC during a stage event at PAX East.
Bandai Namco showcased two gameplay videos for Dark Souls 3 The Ringed City DLC. One, which you can see above, is the walkthrough for the expansion that gives us an idea of the things we will encounter in the game.
We also get to see how gravity in the Ringed City appears to work differently than in the rest of the world. We also get to see the Aquamarine Dagger, a weapon that can transform between a dagger and a short sword.
The second gameplay video showcases a boss battle against two bosses at the same time.You can see the second gameplay video below.
Dark Souls 3 is the last entry in the Dark Souls franchise. According to From Software president Hidetaka Miyazaki, it is time for the team to move on from the franchise, however, he said that as a president he can’t deny the possibility of the return of the franchise.
It’s time to move away from the Dark Souls franchise. As president of From Software, I’m not completely denying the possibility of bringing back the franchise in the future. There could be someone else in my company who wants to work on new installments. But we believe that the series will end after the two DLC.
Dark Souls 3 The Ringed City DLC will launch on March 28, 2017, for Xbox One and PlayStation 4 and March 27 for PC.
