Gigabyte GTX 1080 Ti AORUS Xtreme Edition Teased, Cooler Identical To The GTX 1080

Like many other AIB partners Gigabyte has also teased their take on the GTX 1080 Ti and it is interesting to see the similarities between the Gigabyte GTX 1080 Ti AORUS Xtreme Edition and the Gigabyte GTX 1080 AORUS that we have seen previously.

It would not be surprising if Gigabyte did choose to go with the same cooler as it is already pretty beefy and I doubt that there is something more than can be added to the already very effective cooler. Talking about what you can expect from the Gigabyte GTX 1080 Ti AORUS Xtreme Edition, I think that this will be the most powerful model that the company will have to offer.

The name pretty much gives it away and we are looking at RGB lighting, copper backplate and all the bells and whistles that you can think of. This GPU will have it all. I expect to see a triple fan cooler design like we have seen previously. It is possible that the GPU will be factory overclocked as overclocking is one of the selling features of the GTX 1080 Ti if not for all the Pascal GPUs.

As of right now, we do not know when the Gigabyte GTX 1080 Ti AORUS Xtreme Edition will be available but it is possible that this GPU will be available at launch. We also do not know how much this GPU will cost but looking at how premium the Gigabyte GTX 1080 Ti AORUS Xtreme Edition is you can expect this to break the bank any given day.
