New Dark Souls 3 The Ringed City Screenshots Released Ahead of Launch
As the launch of the final DLC looms closer, From Software has released a batch of new Dark Souls 3 The Ringed City screenshots highlighting the enemies players will face.
These Dark Souls 3 The Ringed City screenshots might be slight spoilerific for some avid Dark Souls fans but most of them focus solely on some common enemies players will encounter as they play through the DLC.
One of these Dark Souls 3 The Ringed City screenshots also shows an area that resembles the world of Crown of the Sunken King DLC from Dark Souls 2, with players moving through the rooftops of a destroyed city.
Late last month, a boss fight from The Ringed City dlc was also leaked which showed players fighting two bosses at once, the Crimson Bat and the Demon from Below. The fight was pretty heated to say the least and felt perfect for Dark Souls fans.
The Ringed City, the final DLC of Dark Souls 3 which also happens to be the last game in the franchise, was officially revealed by From Software back in January with the first official gameplay footage released in early February.
A recent article from Famitsu also shed some more light on the gameplay features of the DLC, which takes place in the city of Londor, home of Sable Church. The DLC will be a continuation of the previous DLC and players will be chasing down Gael for trapping them inside the world of Ariandel.
The article also mentioned the Abyss Dragon which suggests players might have to fight it as a boss as well.
Dark Souls 3 The Ringed City DLC is scheduled for a March 27th release on PC while Xbox One and PS4 versions will be available on March 28th. The DLC is included in the season pass of the game and can also be purchased separately for $15.
