Overwatch Folks, Here’s How to Kill the New Broken Bastion

As expected, the Overwatch community is not too thrilled to see the new and improved Bastion, tagging her as more or less broken in the current meta.

Patch 1.8 reworked Bastion to give the transformer a brand new passive that greatly reduces incoming damage. In addition to several other improvements, it becomes almost a grind to take down an enemy Bastion when you factor in healing abilities and other supporting buffs.

As such, majority of the Overwatch community believes that Blizzard made a mistake in its calculations. The new Bastion is too overpowered while in Sentry Mode, and incredibly hard to counter.

While the hero isn’t really immortal, the amount of work that needs to be invested to take her down is pretty bizarre. The following shows just what it takes for every hero in the present roster to kill Bastion on their own.

The only question now is whether community pressure will force Blizzard to go back to the drawing board and reduce the power levels of Bastion.
