Prepare for a new challenge: Pokémon Sun & Moon Fourth Global Mission has just begun!
This time, you as a trainer will have until March 13rd to collect 250,000 Battle Points at the Battle Tree. In case of succeeding, PGL players will receive 4,000 Festival Coins, while the other trainers will get 2,000 Festival Coins. Have you already started collecting BPs?
The first Pokémon Sun & Moon Global Mission was a failure, but players have managed to break records with the third one.
In just four days they have traded over a million Pokémon via the Global Trade System, receiving 2,000 Festival Coins that can be used in the online Festival Plaza. The best part of it all is they have completed the mission 10 days before its end.
Anyhow, one of the first versions of Sun and Moon probably included the Buddy Pokémon feature, allowing creatures to walk alongside the trainer. Said feature was found by a dataminer in the code of the game, but it it was deleted since 3DS couldn’t support it because of the limited hardware.
Are there chances for Buddy Pokémon to be introduced in the next games? Yes.
Rumor has it that Nintendo is working on an enhanced version of Pokémon Sun and Moon called ‘Pokémon Stars’, releasing for Nintendo Switch.
However, we have to say that Nintendo has not confirmed that they are working on this game.
Pokémon Sun and Moon are available for Nintendo 3DS. Pokémon Sun & Moon Fourth Global Mission will end on March 13rd.
