Nvidia has just announced the much anticipated Nvidia GTX 1080 Ti. The company is calling it the ultimate GeForce and it is claimed to be faster than the Titan X Pascal. Here is what you need to know about the newly announced GPU from Nvidia.

With the 7 phase power system and improved cooler, the Nvidia GTX 1080 Ti is super overclockable. It is 35% faster than the GTX 1080 and stock, out of the box it is faster than a Titan XP. The overclocking headroom will allow you to get an additional 20% increase in performance.

Looking at the performance that you are getting with the reference design and stock cooler this is very impressive. The GPU will cost $699. Not only that but the Nvidia GTX 1080 Ti is in production and it will be coming out next week and you can get one of these GPUs in the upcoming days.
New Pricing Of The GTX 1080 Non-Ti
Thanks to the introduction of the new GTX 1080 Ti the non-Ti GTX 1080 will now cost $499 which is lower than what people paid for when the GPU originally launched. The performance for the price is still impressive when it comes to the older version.
AMD Vega Vs Nvidia GTX 1080 Ti
Both AMD and Nvidia had great events at GDC but the main difference is that while the GTX 1080 Ti will be coming out in the upcoming days we still have to wait a while for the AMD Vega GPUs to come out.
