Mass Effect Andromeda is nearing its release and developer Bioware has been revealing new details about the upcoming game. Just recently, Bioware’s Aaryn Flynn referred the game’s sex scenes as “totally softcore space porn” and now the developer has clarified what he meant by that.
Bioware general manager Aaryn Flynn took to the twitter where he apologized for giving the wrong impression and added that Mass Effect Andromeda has great characters, romances, and deals with mature themes. In another tweet, he clarified that he meant the softcore remark as sarcasm.
@vj_amalea No, it's fine. The 'totally' was meant to imply sarcasm, but that didn't come across as intended

Mass Effect Andromeda will be improving on everything that the previous games introduced and according to Bioware some planets in the game are as big as the entire Dragon Age Inquisition.
If you take some of the story planets–which are the biggest we have–they’re the size of Dragon Age: Inquisition as a whole in terms of footprint. Keep in mind though that the context is different, because you’re moving way faster [driving] the Nomad, but we still have to build all that content.
Given the size of the planets it is bound to have a lot of content to keep players engaged and while Bioware has put a lot of content in the game but according to devs, they went for quality over quantity for their content.
Mass Effect Andromeda is an action-adventure RPG in development at Bioware and is scheduled to launch on March 21, 2017, for PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
