Implementing the technology is no longer an issue and Sony is working hard to tweak the service in order to provide smoother data transfers so that the service is a proper gaming experience, one that meets the high expectations of the PC master race.

One thing to note here is that although the official site states that you can hook up a controller of your choice you can only make do with a DualShock 3 or 4 controller.

If you own an Xbox controller and you are trying to make it work with the Sony PlayStation Now service then that will be no good.

Xbox has already implemented the Play Anywhere feature for games.

This allows users to buy a single copy of the game and then play is on the Xbox as well as PC. This means that users no longer need to buy individual copies for PC and console, as long as they are running Windows 10.
