Nintendo Switch is just a week away from launch and joy-con controller connectivity issue has already popped up. There have been reports from the media who have access to Nintendo Switch press kits that Nintendo Switch Joy-con controllers disconnect randomly and requires re-sync.

This connection issue was encountered while playing Legend Of Zelda Breath Of The Wild and it is most frequent in the left Nintendo Switch Joy-con controller. According to the report, this issue sometimes occurs while browsing the system’s menu.

However, given that the issue is occurring in the pre-release console it is possible that Nintendo has ironed this issue out or a day one patch will be released to address this issue.
