The hybrid console is just a week away from launch and Nintendo has revealed the Nintendo Switch day one patch. The patch will go live before the launch of the console.
Nintendo Switch day one patch will give access to eShop and will also enable social media connectivity. The patch also features support for online multiplayer gaming and will also enable the feature to share images on different social network platforms.
Furthermore, the Nintendo Switch day one patch will also add support for online multi players and users will also be able to link their Nintendo accounts. Also, the patch will also add support for connecting the console to public hotspots.
For those who are concerned about the Nintendo Switch’s battery life, a report suggests that the battery for the console lasts for 2 hours and 28 minutes while playing Legend Of Zelda Breath Of The Wild with all settings on. The report notes that the battery timing can be boosted by lowering the brightness and turning off the Wi-Fi.
The controller for the console will come with a rechargeable lithium-ion battery that will last for 40 hours. Also, the controllers will link up using the USB-cable instead of sync-buttons.
Nintendo Switch will launch on March 3, 2017, and will be priced at $299.99 in the US.
