Xbox One Scorpio Will Show Its True Potential With 2018 And 2019 Games

2017 is a big year for Microsoft as the company will fully reveal Xbox One Scorpio and will also launch it later this year. Xbox One Scorpio will play Xbox One games but according to the industry analyst, the true potential of the console will be revealed through the games released in 2018 and 2019.

Speaking with WeWriteThings, industry analyst Micheal Goodman said that it will be third or fourth generation games that will be able to take full advantage of Xbox One Scorpio. He said that the launch titles for Xbox One Scorpio are not going to do much.

It is third or fourth generation titles that should be able to show the difference. My expectations is that the launch titles on Scorpio are not going to be that much more amazing than what you will find somewhere else. It is going to be a year or two down the road where you should start to see the true capability of the platform.

Given that Xbox One Scorpio will pack 6 TFLOPs of computational power the console will have no problem running games in VR and according to Studio Wildcard, Scorpio not only looks powerful enough to handle VR but it can also make it look good.

It looks plenty powerful enough (for VR) to support it and have it look really good, it’s just a matter of getting our hands on the console and seeing what we can achieve with it.

Xbox One Scorpio will be the most powerful console when it launches with 6 TFLOPS of computational power and it is scheduled to launch in Holiday 2017.
