The newest chapter of the Zelda series is one of the most anticipated games of 2017. Some people love it, other people don’t like it so much, but the amount of hype generated by The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild until now is just huge. This game will feature a lot of new elements never seen in the series and according to new information from the internet, The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild Amiibos will unlock rare items and weapons.

This topic was discussed by YouTuber GameXplain, who showed The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild Amiibos that will be available at launch: Guardian, Zelda, Archer, Bokblin and Rider Link.

Each of them will instantly unlock rare items such as special swords, shields, saddles, and crafting materials. But don’t worry, it seems that players will still be able to get this stuff even without buying the Amiibos.

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is surely one of the most important games of Nintendo’s recent history, as we already said. A lot of new stuff is coming, everyone’s excited, but there is just one thing that people don’t like about this title: it will feature a Season Pass.

Yeah, no joking, a Season Pass. It’s not the first time Nintendo announces a game’s Season Pass, but considering the importance of the Breath of The Wild and how much fans are attached to the series, it might be hard to deal with the damage coming from this decision.

Nintendo of America responded to people’s critics during a recent podcast and they said that it wasn’t easy to take this decision, but they think, however, that the Season Pass’ content won’t affect the game experience since it will release several months after this title’s launch.

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is launching on March 3, 2017, for Wii U and Nintendo Switch.
