A couple of days ago, a new League of Legends skin was teased for Zyra which was widely believed to be themed around the terrors of the Void.
A swift Public Beta Environment (PBE) update has proven our assumptions to be wrong. The new skin for Zyra is not based on the Void but instead themed around dragons.
With wings sprouting from her back and horns from her head, Dragon Sorceress Zyra is covered with hardened scales instead of leaves, and gains the ability to fly when recalling back to base. She places dragon eggs instead of seeds, hatching whelps that lash out at nearby targets on her behalf.
Riot Games has confirmed Dragon Sorceress Zyra to not be a legendary skin, and will be priced tentatively at 1350 RP when it releases for League of Legends soon. This will be her fourth skin since the SKT T1 variant which was released back in May 2014.
In addition to Dragon Sorceress Zyra, Riot Games also confirmed Dragonslayer Xin Zhao for League of Legends. The new skin for the Seneschal of Demacia will be accompanied by chromas on release, a first from the developer. Expect some kind of value-bundle to be made available in the store.
Alongside new model textures and special effects, a unique recall animation pits Xin Zhao against a nasty dragon that always seems to find him when he is trying to head back home.
Dragonslayer Xin Zhao will be priced similarly at 1350 RP and is the seventh skin to release for the champion, arriving after the release of Secret Agent Xin Zhao back in March 2015.
Elsewhere, League of Legends is also getting a brand new Eye of the Dragon ward skin. As the name suggests, it comprises a massive all-seeing eye that watches the Rift. It will be priced at 640 RP.
