Nintendo Switch Controller’s Battery Life Will Last For 40 Hours
Nintendo Switch is just a couple of weeks away from launch and gamers are eager to get their hands on it. As the launch is getting closer more and more details for the game have been revealed and now some new details about the console’s controllers have emerged.
According to a Reddit post Nintendo Switch controller will come with a rechargeable lithium-ion battery that will last for 40 hours. Also, the controllers will link up using the USB-cable instead of sync-buttons.
Ever since the hybrid console was revealed many publishers and developers have praised it and Bethesda is one of them. Recently, Bethesda’s game director, Todd Howard, said that Nintendo Switch is a smart thing from Nintendo and it is something that only Nintendo can make.
I think it’s really smart what they’ve done. I think it’s the kind of device that only Nintendo could make. It’s exciting to bring Skyrim to the Nintendo audience.
He added that Nintendo has proved to be a great partner but before that “they were less interested in the types of things that we did or some other groups did”.
Recently, Shigeru Miyamoto talked about the influence Satoru Iwata had on the development of Nintendo’s upcoming console. According to Miyamoto, Satoru Iwata put a lot of thought and time in the upcoming console.
Nintendo Switch will be available on March 3, 2017, and will be priced at $299.99 in the US.
