For Honor Shugoki Uninterruptible Stance
This stance basically prevents interruption from one attacks before requiring to be recharged. However, more than one attack can interrupt Shugoki. Moreover, the recharging period is slowed down while guarding, attacking, or when out of stamina.
You can use this stance in order to land a heavy blow, but you must be good with its timing.
For Honor Shugoki Charging Heavy Attack
This unblockable attack works really well with the Uninterruptable Stance and deals a massive amount of damage. However, it requires a lot of stamina which is why you need to make sure that it connects. The attack can also be dodged rather easily which makes it a riskier attack to try.
For Honor Shugoki Bash and Smash
One of the best things about this combo is that Shugoki doesn’t get interrupted if the light attack is blocked by the enemy hero.
For Honor Shugoki Demon’s Embrace
This is easily one of the best tools at Shugoki’s disposal but is highly situational. This grab attack basically deals damage to the opposing heroes while healing you. However, if it’s in the Critical Mode, it allows you to get a guaranteed kill on the enemies, regardless of their health.
However, the attack is fairly well telegraphed and is extremely hard to land against skilled player, especially when they know you’re in Critical Mode. Another thing to note here is that in Critical Mode; it’s a do or die situation.
Therefore, if you miss this attack in Critical Mode, you can be punished to death easily. Luckily, you can cancel into this grab attack after a heavy which can, sometimes, work in your favor.
For Honor Shugoki Crashing Thunder
It’s another good attack which comes in handy when you’re against multiple enemies with no allies nearby. This attack basically allows you to charge at enemies and culminates in a wide-swing attack which hits anyone nearby.
Even if you’re not faced by multiple enemies at the same time, you can use this attack in order to close the distance and charge at enemies.
For Honor Shugoki Counters and Match-Ups
Shugoki in For Honor is weak against the likes of Kensei, Warden Peacekeeper, and Orochi. On the other hand, he’s fairly strong against Warlord and Valkyrie.
It goes without saying that Shugoki is not a hard character to learn, thanks to his overall damage output and uninterruptible attacks. However, if you miss your attacks, you’ll lose health which is something you need to keep in mind.
Therefore, don’t continue swinging attacks blindly and make sure that they connect. In addition to this, the hero has fairly slow attacks speed and his attacks can easily be dodged.
Due to these things, you must find your openings and then land your attacks.
