In the past chapter of the Mass Effect series you have to finish the game multiple times in order to unlock all difficulty levels, but things are going to change. According to the game’s lead designer Ian S. Frazier, Mass Effect: Andromeda difficulty levels will be unlocked from the start.
It’s an important change that will probably make the fans happy.

Fans probably thought that this game will be an open-world, but producer Michael Gamble has said that it’s not the case.
Mass Effect Andromeda is definitively not an open-world game. We like to use the term ‘exploration-based game.’ You still have the concept of tight story deliverance and all the great things you come to expect with Mass Effect.
The layer on top of that is a layer of exploration. Sometimes that happens in open spaces, but not always. You can cruise around some of these planets in the Nomad, but it’s not the traditional sandbox-type game.
This game will also have interesting sidequests as the developers took inspiration from The Witcher series.
They’ve said that they’ve learnt a lot from Dragon Age Inquisition, but the team has also observed what the other games have been doing. So they’ve decided to introduce meaningful sidequests.
Mass Effect Andromeda is an action adventure game developed by BioWare that will on March 21, 2017, for PS4, Xbox One and PC. Let us know what do think Mass Effect: Andromeda Difficulty being available from the start.
