Bethesda E3 2017 Conference Will Also Take Place on June 11, 2017

The Bethesda E3 2017 conference is going to be taking place on June 11 2017, the same day that Microsoft has announced they will hold their own conference.

Just yesterday, Microsoft announced that their own E3 conference would be taking place on Sunday, June 11, at 2PM Pacific Time. Now, the Bethesda E3 2017 conference has been announced to also be taking place on June 11, something that has even been remarked on by the company, though the time hasn’t been announced.

For the past several years, Bethesda has eschewed actually having a presence at E3 in favor of holding their own press event, which has allowed them to hold a number of conferences and announce games without really being pressed for time in favor of another event.

Last year the studio announced a number of games, including Quake Heroes, a team-based shooter based in the Quake universe, the Elder Scrolls: Legends card game, and the remake of Prey that will be coming out later this year. They also showed off some Dishonored 2 gameplay though that game released late last year.

We don’t really have any idea of what else the Bethesda E3 2017 conference will have, whether it’s more footage of Quake Heroes (since we only got a CG trailer before) or of Elder Scrolls: Legends, but there have been several hunts over the last year that we could be seeing a new Wolfenstein, and hopes are always high that we’ll be getting a new Elder Scrolls, even though Bethesda is still supporting Elder Scrolls Online and the company only recently released the Skyrim Special Edition (which was also announced at E3 2016).

However it goes, hopefully we can be assured that the Bethesda E3 2017 conference will have a lot of interesting stuff to talk about. Whether it can stack up to Microsoft’s own E3 conference, however, remains to be seen. Either way we’ll have to wait until June to see exactly what each company is going to try and wow us with.
