During a recent interview with Game Informer, Shigeru Miyamoto and producer Eiji Aonuma answered some interesting questions, including the one regarding Link’s name.
According to Miyamoto, Link’s name is Link Link. He’s not a human, so it perfectly makes sense if he has an odd last name (just like Mario Mario).

However, The Legend Of Zelda: Breath Of The Wild is one month away from its release and fans all over the world are really hyped, especially since new information about the game is being revealed day by day.
A recent leak regarding the game comes from youtuber Gehab, who has stated that there’s a special Pro setting options for the HUD in the menu, allowing players to remove the minimap and the temperature meter so they can play in an even more challenging way.
Even Eiji Aonuma talked about Breath Of The Wild as he has confirmed that the game will not be supporting the HD Rumble feature of Nintendo Switch’s Joycon controllers.
The problem is that the purpose of the Nintendo Switch version of this game was to provide exactly the same experience as on Wii U, and vice versa. If we had started to adapt the game to the features of this console, it would not have been the same game. So, besides the graphic differences, we did not really explore the specifics of the new console.
