As we know, Tekken’s story revolves around the Mishima family saga and Tekken 7 will end the plot. The war between Heihachi Mishima and Kazuya will come to end.

The game is releasing right before E3 2017, pre-orders are live across all platforms and for the first time ever, Tekken is coming to Steam. There is also a special edition available that comes with the following.

Inside the Tekken 7 Collectors Edition box you get the following:

  • 12″ x 18″ Kazuya & Heihachi Figure
  • Tekken 7 Original Game Soundtrack
  • Steel Book
  • Collector’s Box
  • Tekken 7 Game Software

The game comes with a single player and a multiplayer mode. However, according to Namco, this isn’t your typical fighting game storyline.

In typical story modes in other fighting games, you merely load the game, each character says one or two lines to each other before the battle, then you go into the standard battle with the timer from the same position all the time. All the same rules apply from them fighting.

Tekken 7 is already available in the Japanese arcades since last year but only now it is coming to PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. What are you expecting from the next Tekken? Where do you think the story would go from here? Share what you think in the comments below.
