If you were wondering what would happen if you poured some coke onto your running Nvidia GTX 1080 but did not want to risk your precious hardware then we have the answer here for you. Some tech enthusiast with an Nvidia GTX 1080 has done this and recorded his findings and you can check out what happens here.
I think the amount of Coke poured is a bit less otherwise I see no reason why the cost would not be damaged or something. If you were wondering what would happen then know that the GPU manages to run fine. If you spill some coke on your card chances are that nothing will happen. You will need to clean up a serious mess but your game will not be interrupted until you choose to turn off your system and clean up the mess on the GPU.
I seriously do not know how this GPU managed to withstand coke but users that own a GTX 1080 might be glad to know that their GPU is able to take some coke. You can check out the video here and see for yourself if you do not believe me.
The Nvidia GTX 1080 is a great piece of hardware, previously we saw what happened if you turned the fan off and the GPU was able to keep the game running even with the fan off. The explanation to this was that upon reaching max temperature the card reduces its operating frequency. That would make sense, but I have no idea how this card can handle coke.
Let us know if you have any ideas regarding how this might be possible and how the Nvidia GTX 1080 was able to take a splash of coke. What do you think about this video that we have featured here in this article?
