Official Team EnVyUs roster changes have arrived with two new faces for the starting lineup just a week before the year draws to a close.
The esports organization has signed former Afreeca Freecs jungler Nam “LirA” Tae-yoo and former Team Dignitas AD Carry Apollo “Apollo” Price for the upcoming 2017 North American League Championship Series (NA LCS) Spring Split.
Besides the duo, the EnVyUs roster changes for the new season see the original members remain on the team for the remaining roles. Hence, giving us the finalized starting lineup for the team.
We're up to the challenge. We're going to work hard. Cheer for us.

Apollo represented Team Apex in the recent Summer Split, before returning to Team Dignitas in the wake of the Philadelphia 76ers acquisition deal where the NBA franchise bought both the Dignitas and Apex organizations. He is known for primarily playing Caitlyn and finished the split with a 4.12 KDA, narrowly missing a shot at the playoffs.
Before Afreeca Freecs released its roster last month, Lira was recording First Blood during the 2016 LCK Summer Season at an almost 50 percent rate. He finished with a 4.13 KDA, the second-highest among all junglers of the region for the season.
Apollo arrives as a replacement for Benjamin “LOD” deMunck who joined Dignitas as part of a trade deal. However, the team’s original jungler Seyoung “Proxcin” Kim was removed to make space for Lira.
Team EnVyUs placed sixth in its debut LCS split this year. It managed to reach the playoffs but fell in the very first round. With a new robust roster, it hopes to do better in the upcoming competitive League of Legends season.
The finalized Team EnVyUs roster for 2017:
- TOP: Shin “Seraph” Woo-yeong
- JUN: Nam “Lira” Tae-yoo
- MID: Noh “Ninja” Geon-woo
- ADC: Apollo “Apollo” Price
- SUP: Nickolas “Hakuho” Surgent
