Intel Core i3 7350K Outperforms Previous Generations i5s In Single Score Benchmarks

Intel Core i3 7350K is one of the Kaby Lake variants of processors from the chip maker. The chip is yet to release in the market but we do have some single and multi-core benchmarks that paint a very nice picture.

The Intel Core i3 7350K beats all of the previous generation i5 chips, including Skylake which is considered to be a very powerful variant of Intel chips.

The following benchmarks show a single-core score of 5,137 and a multi-core score of 10,048. The

Meanwhile, the i5 6600K Skylake single-core score stands at 5098 but the 6th generation mode does better in multi-core scores with a 14293. The Kaby Lake i3 will launch soon and it does look like it has the potential to the go-to choice for id range builds. All i3 Kaby Lake models will require a 15W TDP and right now it’s recommended customer price if $281. However, once the official announcement is made you should expect a starting price of below $200.

The i3 7th generation also packsĀ IntelĀ® HD Graphics 620, enough handle less demanding games. For the gamer inside you, this chip is going to be highly tempting but wait until there are proper reviews and benchmarks available before ordering a unit.
