Microsoft Teases Halo 15th Anniversary Live Stream In New Trailer
Halo is one of the most popular and celebrated franchises for Microsoft and the 15th anniversary of the franchise is just around the corner. Microsoft will undoubtedly be celebrating this occasion and has teased the Halo 15th Anniversary Live Stream with a new trailer.
The Halo 15th Anniversary Live Stream will begin on Tuesday, November 15th at 3:43 PM PST. The trailer does not reveal anything about what the stream will reveal, but it does take us on a stroll down the memory lane, with scenes from previous games playing across Master Chief’s helmet.
However, fans have started speculating about what could be revealed during the live stream. But we will have to wait till Tuesday to see what it really is about.
The next Halo game in the franchise is Halo Wars 2, which will launch in early 2017 for PC and Xbox One. The game is being developed by 343 Industries, but, the studio is packed with projects other than Halo Wars 2. So one may think that it might be difficult for the team to develop simultaneously for PC and Xbox One.
According to Executive Producer David Nicholson, development for both platforms is going smoothly and they had a fantastic foundation in the form of the original game, Halo Wars, that released for PC and Xbox 360.
RTS is not as popular as action or stealth genre in games, so many were assuming that Halo Wars 2 might not be financially successful. But according to The Executive Producer, David Nicholson, RTS is not easy to get into but Halo Wars 2 will do its best to make it easier. Developers heard community feedback and made many changes/improvements to its controls.
Halo Wars 2 is a real-time strategy game in development at 343 Industries and is scheduled to launch on February 21, 2017 for PC and Xbox One.
