Nintendo Switch to be Playable In February 2017 At Tokaigi Japan Game Party
While Nintendo has revealed its much anticipated and rumored console, Nintendo Switch, still there is not much known about it.
More details about the console will be revealed during Nintendo Switch Presentation in January, but the company has revealed that the console will be playable in February 2017.
During a live stream on Nico Nico, Nintendo announced that fans will get a chance to use the Nintendo Switch before its release. The console will be available and playable during the upcoming Tokaigi Japan Game Party 2017, organized by the local Japanese streaming portal. The event will be held at the Makuhari Messe in Chiba, near Tokyo, from February 11 to February 12.
As Nintendo has revealed the console, but the rumors and leaks are still coming in. Recently, a report made its way on the internet which suggests that Smash Bros will be ported to Nintendo Switch but will not be available at the launch of the console. According to the report, Nintendo is looking to release the game within 6 months after the console’s launch.
The report further claims that Nintendo Switch port of Smash Bros will arrive with all the DLC that was released for the Wii U version. However, it is still unconfirmed that the game will feature any new content or not.
Another rumor that is making rounds on the internet suggests that Mario 3D will be a launch title for the Nintendo’s upcoming console instead of Legend of Zelda Breath of the Wild.
According to the rumor, Legend of Zelda Breath of the Wild could be a launch title but the chances of Mario 3D being the launch title are much brighter since the game is practically complete.
Nintendo Switch will launch in March 2017 but no specific release date or price has been announced by Nintendo.
