Since the new Mass Effect: Andromeda trailer was released two days ago, players have been anxiously waiting for any other details about the game, now that it’s only around four months away (provided it releases in March, more if it releases some other time in the spring), and now we have new Mass Effect: Andromeda screenshots to go with it.
While the trailer showed off the sort of hostile environments that we would be going into in the Andromeda galaxy, including new threats, new worlds, and a new villain, the new Mass Effect: Andromeda screenshots show a number of different locales and missions, and even shows off the game’s new ground vehicle, the Nomad.
The rest of the screenshots also show off a large amount of the tech that players will be using in the game, ranging from things like scanning things that adds to your Codex and allows you to learn more about the Andromeda galaxy and its civilizations, and your omnitool now being able to become a flamethrower to use on enemies.
Game Informer previously gave off a large expose on the game and a lot of information about it, revealing a great deal of what the game will include. For instance, players will no longer be a certain class at the start; players will be able to pick and choose their abilities and make a build for their characters that doesn’t limit technology and biotics to different classes like engineers, adepts, or soldiers.
The new Mass Effect: Andromeda screenshots are likely only a taste of what we’ll be seeing in Mass Effect: Andromeda when it comes out in the spring of next year, but until then we’ll just have to wait for more information from BioWare and hope that they make it just as good as the original trilogy.
