Gran Turismo Sport, that was expected to be released this year, is now expected to be released next year with the support for 4k resolution and 60 FPS on PS4 Pro. The title has been delayed and the developers have the intention to utilize this time for bringing in some ground breaking enhancements to the visuals and the graphics of the game.
Polyphony thinks that more time is required to bring the perfection and precision into the Gran Turismo Sport. CEO Kazunori Yamauchi seems extremely determined about the title from the very beginning and he wants everything to be absolutely flawless.
“The company has implemented the latest technologies for the visual enhancements specially the checkerboard rendering”, as claimed by Polyphony’s CEO. Yamauchi further added that, “we are more committed than ever to making GT Sport the best Gran Turismo game to date.”
Gran Turismo Sport is already delayed from its announced date, yet Polyphony has not confirmed any final date for the release of the title so far. This is the clear sign that the company wants to make no promise on the user experience and player excitement.
Kazunori Yamauchi, during his presentation revealed that PlayStation 4 Pro Gran Turismo Sport will run on a 4K resolution using the checkerboard rendering technique. It is also claimed to provide the players with the best play experience as it has HDR support as well.
Undoubtedly Gran Turismo Sport in 4k@60FPS will improve the addictive visuals of GT and sharpen the graphical details even more making it more eye catching and visually striking.
To experience the visual and graphical enhancements in real gaming experience, the players will have to wait for the release of Gran Turismo Sport. Definitely, Gran Turismo Sport in 4k@60fps will be a big achievement for Polyphony if they are able to do so. Let’s wait and watch!
