Fans were quite excited to know that Activision will be bringing Call Of Duty Modern Warfare Remastered this year along with Infinite Warfare. However, fans were not so happy to know that the remaster will not be available separately, but can only be accessed if consumers purchased the special edition for Call Of Duty: Infinite Warfare.
While Activision has emphasized that Call Of Duty Modern Warfare Remastered will not be sold separately, not at launch and not in the future. However, a listing for the the remastered Call Of Duty has appeared on the Windows Store.
Now this listing makes us wonder that if the game is not to be sold separately then why the game is listed as a standalone title in the Windows Store. However, you won’t be able to purchase the Call Of Duty Modern Warfare Remastered as the button to purchase the game is grayed out.
While we might not be able to purchase the game, it seems that Call Of Duty Modern Warfare Remaster will be available separately sometime in the future.
While Call Of Duty: Infinite Warfare is confirmed to support PS4 Pro, Raven Software, the studio behind the remaster of Call Of Duty Modern Warfare, has also confirmed that the game will also be support PlayStation 4 Pro. Given that the game already looks so good, we can only imagine how good it will look on the upgraded console.
Aside from the Call Of Duty Infinite Warfare Remastered, Call Of Duty: Infinite Warfare will also be accompanied by a VR experience, Jackal Assault VR. The VR experience will let players take control of the Jackal and will take players on a action filled ride.
Call Of Duty: Infinite Warfare is scheduled to launch on November 4, 2016 for PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
