With Dead Rising 4 coming out in a few months, Capcom and Xbox have released the details for the Dead Rising 4 Deluxe Edition, which is now available for pre-order. The Season Pass has also been revealed, and will allow holders to get the game’s three different DLC packs for free.
The Dead Rising 4 Deluxe Edition will cost $79.99 in American money, but all of the content that you get with the added season pass is sure to make it worth it, especially since you don’t have to pay extra for it.
To start off with, you get the Stocking Stuffer Holiday Pack. This pack allows Frank West, the game’s protagonist, to pick up weapons, costumes, zombies, and vehicles that are all in the spirit of the holidays.
The second DLC pack, adding to the wackiness that has become required in Dead Rising games, is the Super Ultra Dead Rising 4 Mini Golf DLC, which allows the player and up to three friends to play mini-golf with zombies all around the town of Willamette.
And thirdly, there’s Dead Rising 4: Frank Rising. Essentially a rehash of the very first Dead Rising, Frank is newly infected by a zombie and has to try and find a way to cure himself, while also fighting zombies that seem to be growing smarter, people that can’t be trusted, and paramilitary forces.
With Dead Rising 4 returning to familiar grounds, there’s really no reason why the Frank Rising DLC honestly shouldn’t be coming out, so if you’re looking to grab it and the season pass, you can pre-order the Dead Rising 4 Deluxe Edition to save some money in the long run, rather than having to pay money for every individual DLC.
Dead Rising 4 will be coming out on December 6 of this year, so you’ve still got around a month and a half left until the game comes out.
