Battlefield 1 Scout Class Tips and Strategies

It goes without saying that your weapons and gadgets require you to stay at long-range and rack up kills from there. You should try and find a nest overlooking an objective and try to help your team out from there. One important thing to note here is that enemies are made aware of your position via a flash.

Keeping this in mind, it is generally a good idea to keep switching positions after scoring a couple of kills to keep enemies from sneaking behind you for an easy kill. In addition to this, there are some important things that you need to take into consideration i.e. bullet fall and bullet sway.

You can find plenty of YouTube tutorials to help you land your shots more accurately – especially when going for moving targets.

Playing as a scout is all about being patient and calm. If you are changing positions it is better to use your sidearm until you reach your destination.

If you are new to this class it would take some getting used to. You will need to learn how to quicky spot your target and take aim. The only way to master this is to just play the game as much as you can.

Lastly, you need to make sure that you switch to your side-arm when moving between targets because your primary weapon is not good at medium-to-close range. However, when using your side-arm, do not expect to win a one-on-one against a player running Assault Class or Medic Class.
