Modern Warfare Remastered has set an example for future remasters thanks to the hard work of Raven Software. The studio has done an exceptional job bringing Modern Warfare to 2016.
The game’s character models, texture quality, gamma, lighting every aspect has been revamped to perfection. The video above paints a decent picture of how much things have improved by comparing Modern Warfare (Xbox 360) and Modern Warfare Remastered (PlayStation 4).
But the best part is that Captain Price is back and he looks better than ever!
Raven Software should get a chance to develop its own COD. The studio has plenty of experience working on the franchise, helping out the lead development studios – Treyarch, Infinity Ward, Sledgehammer.
On a related subject, Modern Warfare Remastered is now available to download on PlayStation 4. Those who preordered the game can download and play the title until November 3.
If you have pre-ordered the game from PlayStation Store, the game should already be in your library. If a third party retailer was involved, you will need to pay in full to receive a code for the game.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is bundled with the Legacy Edition of Infinite Warfare. The package costs $79.99 and is available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
However, the early access is only available to PlayStation 4 members thanks to an agreement between Activision and Sony.
