The Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare beta schedule has been revealed for players that are signed up for it, showing when it will start and end for both the Xbox One version of the game and the Playstation 4 version. The Playstation 4 version of the game will even get a two-week beta, as opposed to the one week beta the Xbox One gets.
The Playstation 4 version of the Infinite Warfare beta schedule goes from October 14 to October 17, and then from October 21 to October 24. The Xbox One version will also be from October 21 to October 24. On every date, the beta time will go from 10 AM Pacific Time to 5 PM Greenwich Mean Time.
The beta is only going to be showing players the game’s multiplayer mode; if you want to see any of the game’s promising-looking campaign mode you’ll just have to wait for when the game releases on November 4. The beta won’t be available on the PC due to concerns about data mining, something that often happens whenever multiplayer game betas are on PC.
The Infinite Warfare beta schedule won’t be of any use to you, however, unless you’re one of the people that have pre-ordered Infinite Warfare, which gets you an invitation to the beta. You’ll have to use the code that you get with your pre-order to access the beta.
Infinity Ward hasn’t said what sort of maps and game modes players will be able to access when the beta comes out, but it’s likely that they’ll have enough in there for players to get a good amount of content and fun out of the game.
However, Infinity Ward will definitely need to be lucky if they’re really wanting an October 14 to October 24 release date. With Titanfall 2 and Battlefield 1 coming out at around the same time, how Infinite Warfare does in its beta may be a good indicator of how successful the actual released game will be.
