Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare Quickscoping Still Possible, 12 Maps At Launch

Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare quickscoping won't be as what we are used to but Modern Warfare will offer the classic one shot quickscope experience.

Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare multiplayer was revealed recently and it is pretty much like a hybrid of Destiny and Black Ops 3. It looks fun, fast, and offers a host of different weapons and customizations.

Once again, we will get to bounce around the map thanks to Black Ops 3 like boost jumps, slides and much more. Due to the nature of its gameplay design, it won’t be easy for Infinite Warfare players to quickscope but if you are skilled enough, it is possible.

According to Project Director Jordan Hirsch, sniper rifles are balanced in a way that it would be difficult to nail one shot kills. However, it is still possible.

Quickscoping is possible. I wouldn’t say it’s easy! Most of the sniper rifles are balanced to be a difficult one-shot kill. So you have to get a headshot in order to get that one-shot kill, (especially) quickscope. So it is a possibility.

Hirsch also mentioned that the game will ship with 12 multiplayer maps plus the pre order bonus. The same amount of maps shipped with Black Ops 3 while Advanced Warfare had 13, if I recall correctly.

Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare quickscoping won’t be as what we are used to but Modern Warfare will offer the classic one shot quickscope experience without a doubt.

On a related note, Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare multiplayer beta won’t be available on PC. Developer Infinity Ward confirmed the beta only for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare quickscoping will begin on November 4 across all major platforms.
