Sony announced its much speculated and rumored PlayStation 4 Pro, which is an upgraded version of PlayStation 4 capable of running games at 4K and HDR. Sony also introduced the Forward compatibility for PlayStation 4 Pro which allows already released games for PS4 to run on the new console.
Sony has revealed the partial Forward Compatibility games list that are confirmed to be supporting the feature. Sony has not only shown the games that are already released but also confirmed some unreleased games that will support forward compatibility. These titles include Spider man, Horizon Zero Dawn, Call Of Duty: Infinite Warfare and more.

Also Sony has revealed the specs for their upcoming PlayStation 4 pro. The console packs in a x86-64 AMD “Jaguar” CPU with eight cores and a 4.20 teraflop Radeon-based graphics engine GPU. However, the GPU is a bit weaker compared to Xbox One Scorpio, as Microsoft’s console packs in 6 teraflops of power.
Also the specs include eight gigabyte of GDDR5 memory, a 1 terabyte hard drive, and a read-only optical drive.
PlayStation 4 Pro will launch on November 10, 2016 following the release of PlayStation 4 Slim in September. PlayStation 4 pro will be available for $399 and the slim version of PlayStation 4 will be available for $299
