Star Wars: Battlefront Bespin DLC is Now Free to Try
Star Wars: Battlefront Bespin DLC is now available for free this weekend. Players can try out this extra content that will take you to the cloud city Bespin.
Players will have access to five multiplayer maps set on Bespin. Star Wars: Battlefront’s Bespin DLC is free for the weekend on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. But of course, you will need Xbox Live Gold and PlayStation Plus membership to play the game online.
Along with it, Star Wars: Battlefront Bespin DLC requires the base game as well.
Bespin brings a new game mode called “Sabotage.”
The Empire has deployed several tractor beams on the surface of Cloud City that prevents Rebel ships from escaping the planet. In order to power the tractor beams, the Empire makes use of Tibanna Gas Generators that draw from the Tibanna Gas native to Bespin.
If for some reason you miss out on trying out the DLC for free this time around, you will get another chance in September. According to the event calendar, Bespin will once again be free to play starting September 12.
On a related note, Star Wars: Battlefront Death Star DLC is coming out this year that will add the popular Death to the game. New multiplayer maps, weapons and much more is a part of new content. Moreover, Chewbacca will be a playable character.
Battlefront is available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
