Ghost Recon Wildlands Character Customization is a major part of the game, according to Ubisoft. Freedom of choice was really important to the developers when working on customizations. Character customization was the most demanded feature for Wildlands so Ubisoft wanted to get it right.
From the gender of your Ghost to the clothing they wear, you can customize more than 12 different elements of your character’s appearance. You can work on hat, headset, glasses, hairstyle, fabric colors and patterns, and more.
It’s important for player immersion to be able to create your own Ghost. If the player can identify with their character, they will feel more immersed in the story and create their own adventures. Above all else, being able to customize your character is cool. When we announced the game, we saw that character customization was one of the biggest requests from our community, so that confirmed we were on the right track.
Similar to The Division, the very first thing you do in Ghost Recon is customizing your Ghost. Ghost Recon Wildlands character customization starts with physical appearance of your character and once again similar to The Division, you will get more customization items throughout the game.
Interestingly, the items and gear you choose will impact your character, for example, a hat will flatten your hair and you won’t be able to wear hats if you are using a headset.
Ghost Recon Wildlands is releasing on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
