The Last Of US Highway Scene Recreated In Unreal Engine 4 And Its Absolutely Beautiful
The Last of Us is one of the most beautiful looking game on the PlayStation 3 and even prettier in on PS4. But that does not mean that it could not look even more beautiful, as there is a The Last Of Us highway scene recreated in Unreal Engine 4 by a level designer.
The level designer goes by the name of Jeffy Zachariah, who has worked on Dear Charlotte, Adam and Siege of Iniola. Zachariah ha recreated the highway scene from The Last Of Us, and the end result is absolutely stunning.
However, the scene is not the exact recreation of of the highway scene from The Last Of us, and Zachariah has claimed that he had very limited assets to work with, so he gave the scene his own treatment.
Whatever maybe the case, the scene just looks beautiful, checkout the screenshots below.
Not only The Last Of Us is most beautiful looking game on PS3, but it also the game that took storytelling to a whole new level. Throughout the game, it makes you feel like you are in a movie, but the development process was completely different.

Recently, God Of War PS4 writer and director, Cory Barlog, revealed that the inspiration for God Of War is The Last Of Us and Resident Evil 4. According to Barlog, The Last Of Us helped the team to tell a story, which they would not have been able to tell otherwise.
This hardly comes as a surprise that The Last Of Us is the inspiration for the story of God Of War, as the game features characters and story so deep players were just attached to them immediately.
