Ultimate Team is the most important mode of the FIFA franchise now a days, which means that even a small detail about this mode is important. However, nothing official has been announced or revealed about FIFA 17 Ultimate Team Gold Card design, but it just got leaked.
Premier League side Crystal Palace’s players took a tour of the EA Canada’s Vancouver studio last week. During the tour several players took pictures and posted them on Instagram. One picture shows Yannick Bolasie and Andros Townsend studying a card depicting fellow wideman Wilfried Zaha on a gold background.
The card has no ratings but it does confirms that it is FIFA 17 Ultimate Team Gold card design. With game’s release just couple of months away, it is highly unlikely that designers are still trying to finalize the design for the Gold Card.
This is not the first leak related to FIFA 17, as last week Manchester United 2017 Season Kit was leaked by the game. However, Manchester United coach José Mourinho and management were not happy over the fact that FIFA 17 offical website leaked their new home kit.
For the first time ever in FIFA franchise, developers are introducing a proper story mode to FIFA 17. However, this not bother PES developer Konami, According to Adam Bhatti there focus is on the “Pitch”. He further said that, for Konami fundamentals are top priority which is where the Pro Evolution Soccer really shines.
He said that Konami is striving for realism, and have been offering different game modes for years that feature content which can be found in a story mode.
EA’s Chief Competitive Officer, Peter Moore, said that fans of the FIFA franchise can expect announcements in the coming weeks about its EA Sports stepping up the scale and prize money for the game.
FIFA 17 is being developed by EA Canada, and is scheduled to release on September 27, 2016 for Microsoft Windows, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, iOS and Android.
